We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from delays, damages during transit, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Once the shipment leaves our facility, the carrier assumes responsibility for delivery.
Live plants are perishable goods; their health and condition upon arrival depend on proper handling, environmental conditions, and care after delivery. We do not guarantee the survival or health of plants once they are in your possession.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms and limitations. We recommend inspecting your shipment immediately upon receipt and contacting us promptly regarding any issues.
Shipping Address :
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Shipping Restrictions :
Certain plants or products may be restricted or prohibited in some areas due to local regulations. It is your responsibility to ensure that the plants you order are legal to import or plant in your location.
Shipping Costs :
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery destination, package size, and weight. Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time :
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours after payment is received. During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be extended.
